I love the location where it is just 2 mins walk from the nearest train station, and its only 1 station away from Universal Studio Japan. If you are planning to visit USJ, highly recommend you spend a 3 days 2 nights in this hotel. Your travel mode via train will be against the usual traffic, hence not congested at all. The hotel also has onsen, which is a perfect way to end the night / start the day. They have 7-11 & Lawson within 10 mins walk away. I have encountered some personal issue during my stay, and the staff has been a wonderful help and assisted to solve my problem, making the overall experience even perfect! kudos! Room size was comfortable with a view, bed was comfy and clean. Will definitely visit again!

The Mid-century room was great for 2 people! Plenty of space for luggage + some walking around room. Bigger than lots of hotel rooms in Tokyo. There was one laundry machine and dryer which we used. The bathroom was a good size, great water pressure, and it came with the disposable toothbrushes, combs, cotton pads and a hairdryer. Staff were very friendly! Checkout was also at 12pm which is rare. It’s close to the station and USJ.

The staff were extremely helpful and an absolute delight. The rooms were spacious and spotless, beds were comfortable. My family and I booked this hotel as it was right next to Universal Studios, was basically less than a 2 minute walk. Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Set a 25-minute walk and train ride from Universal Studios Japan (R), Hotel She Osaka features a cafe bar with WiFi throughout the property. We were blown away by this place. It's a simple, classic hotel setup, but every detail has been considered beautifully. It has a great personality. The beds were the most comfortable we've stayed in. The record player in every room and the record library you could borrow from were a lovely touch. The bijou bathroom was still great and the toiletry selection was divine. The staff were AMAZING so helpful and welcoming.
