Good location next to train line (2 minute walk). Rooms were comfortable and clean. Good communal facilities to use as well. 7eleven a short walk away also.

I booked 2 single rooms for my aunt and myself for 9 nights. The hotel itself is new, modern and offers quite a lot facilities for free. The rooms are actually larger than they looked on pictures. The mattress and pillow are so comfortable. I slept like a log. I had 1 big suitcase and 1 cabin size suitcase, and had no problem putting them under the bed or opening them in the room. Staff is super helpful and welcoming. Check-in and check-out is fast and efficient. Shared kitchen has enough utensils to cook meals. Coffee and tea is provided in the morning. Bike rental is free for guests. Location is on point, about 2-3 minutes walk from Dobutsuen-mae metro station and JR Shin-Imamiya station East exit, or 5-7 minutes walk from Nankai Shin-Imamiya station South Exit/ JR Shin-Imamiya station West exit. There's a small supermarket near the station (on the opposite direction with the hotel) where you can buy pre-made meals at reasonable price.

Stayed in the hostel as a couple and loved it. The room was perfect, has a big tv, a mini fridge and an aircon so it’s always warm. Staff was friendly and helpful. Showers are downstairs but super clean. The location of the place couldn’t be better, you can walk to Dotonbori or take the subway that is right outside.
