Paola, the owner, was very helpful and was there all the time we needed. Apartment is super clean and very comfortable. My kids loved it. It is nearby good restaurants and main tourist points. I super recommend it.

The staff at the hotel were great in their customer service, they booked restaurant reservations, looked into booking tickets for tourist attractions and were great in providing general help in making my stay an enjoyable one.

We had an amazing Experience !Not only was the room beautiful and spotlessly clean, but the staff also provided a map and detailed explanations about nearby attractions and places to visit. The location is perfect, just steps away from the Spanish Steps and the main shopping street. Would definitely stay here again. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended
