Excelent location to visit Rome. Metro station at 1 min walking distance. Everything looks brand new, big room, big bathroom, confortable beds, excelent AC. There's also a underground paid parking place available for guests.

Set 1.9 km from Sapienza University of Rome in Rome, Hotel Bella Vita welcomes guests with a bar. Guests can enjoy the on-site snack bar. -Isabel (one of the receptionists) was superb! She is super kind, professional and always willing to help guests. -Water from the shower was hot enough to warm us at night when we showered. -The bed was very comfortable. -Heating in the room was optimal. -Location is great! Bus stop is right across the street and connects you with Tiburtina and Termini stations for metro, bus and train transportation. -Breakfast was good and got even better when staff went the extra mile to offer us eggs (after we asked if they could include them). -WiFi signal was great throughout the hotel. Will definitely be staying in this hotel next time I visit Rome! 10/10
