Convenient and quiet location close to the metro, there is also one of the better restaurants we ate at nearby. The rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We had to return at night and the host helped us organize transport. He was also always available to share any useful tips about the city. I heartily recommend it to everyone who is considering staying in Naples

L’espai esta ben comunicat (metro al costat) es molt agradable. L’habitació molt amplia i confortable igual que el bany. Un espai comú amb café, aigua, sucs i snaks durant tot el dia. Nomes 4 habitacions el que dona un aire molt familiar i permet gaudir no només de l’habitació sino també de l’espai comú. Els propietaris molt atents i agrables atents al que puguis necessitar et fan sentir com a casa. Vam poder deixar les maletes i recollirles quan vam anar cap a l’aeroport, a darrera hora de la tarda.

Everything was perfect, starting with the location through the tidyness, to the host. Great communication with the owner - kind and supportive. The kitchen was prepared for coffee and tea lovers. Full of small things for breakfast or the evening snack. You can have the breakfast delivered to the kitchen or prepared at the nearby coffee shop. Tasteful and warm. Our room was equipped with a TV with Netflix and other apps, AC, fresh and clean towels, literally anything you can think of. The location was great as well. You can get to the city centre by walk (around 20m) or take the metro (4m walk). Overall 10/10, would recommend to anyone anytime!

We loved our stay here! The location is amazing, in a local neighbourhood and not touristy - which we loved! Roberta has designed the property beautifully; amazing use of colour on the walls and interesting local antiques give a unique feel. Our room was large and had a balcony from which we could observe local life! The hotel is based in an old building which is full of character. We loved the breakfast and the huge terrace! We look forward to our next stay and would 100% recommend other people to stay aswell. Thank you for a wonderful visit :-)

In the materdei neighborhood, the metro is a 2 minute walk on the street where the apt is. More residential area but still bustling within a few min if walking around. Walking to downtown/area if interests is easy, 10-20 min.
