The location was fantastic! Walking distance from museums, attractions, restaurants, as advertised! Staff was friendly and very accommodating, my wife left behind an expensive pair of sunglasses and they shipped it to our home as promised. Room was cozy and had a great view, wish we stayed longer.

Hotel Cerretani Firenze har utsikt över Cappelle Medicee och ligger i en restaurerad 1600-talsbyggnad 300 meter från Florens katedral. The location is great we can see the dome right out of the main gate. All the staff are excellent and extremely friendly. Especially Kiara in the restaurant, she’s totally enthusiastic and care about the customers. Although the room is relatively small, but the bathroom mirrors are very nice and convenient for makeup, the hot water comes out immediately. Also, the car parking is easy for foreigners to avoid the ZTL. We have stay here for two nights and it’s a great experience in Firenze.

Boutiquehotellet The Frame ligger bara 250 meter från Florens katedral. First of all, the location of The Frame Hotel is awesome. During our summer trip, it was the best choice (please note that we stayed in more than 5 hotels during that trip). The check-in time was at 2 o'clock, but we arrived early at 12. Despite this, they provided us with a room by 12. The room was very clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. There was enough space for our luggage (we had 3 bags). Additionally, there was a snack time from 5 to 6 o'clock, which was available for all hotel guests free of charge. In one word, everything was perfect.

Personalen så trevlig och hjälpsam och gav gärna tips om staden om man frågade. Allt var så fräscht och bra till bra pris! Kommer återkomma om jag återvänder till Florens.
