I liked the rooms, they were very spacious and clean. The breakfast service in the room was perfect! The location was also ideal if you arrive from the train station, cause it only takes like 7 minutes.

The winning point for this hotel were the staff! I can truly say that staff sometimes just elevates your trip. Special mention to Michela at the reception. So friendly, so efficient and so helpful. It was amazing to watch her work with such efficiency and being so pleasant at the same time. A true professional. Helped us book transfers, cabs, info about restaurants, salons. You name it, she would be there. Irina at the breakfast hall and Viola the daily housekeeper, they were excellent too. Very pleasant and always helpful. Besides the staff, the rooms were clean and comfortable. A decent variety of breakfast and tasty too is served in a quiet leafy courtyard/garden which is a nice experience. The hotel ambience is very soothing. Lots of restaurants around too.

The panoramic terrace on the top floor of Hotel Kraft is equipped with a roof garden, a restaurant, and a swimming pool which is heated during the winter. Everything was just perfect. The view from the terrace is exceptional. The pool is amazing. I really enjoyed the food in the restaurant. Also the staff was super nice.

And they put everything you could need there. Also they host you with tea and coffee that you could make in your room and also water in fridge. Also the staff were very nice . They kindly delivered my luggage before check-in time and one of them called Marlys was super gentle and explained me everything about what I could see during my visit in Florence and restaurants bars and tours.
