Set in a green area of Florence, Villa Nardi is 10 minutes' walk from the Boboli Gardens and the ancient city gate of Porta Romana. We loved the dogs! Building has an elevator even though its very old. Room 7 was fantastic.

Villa Betania is a small, family-managed hotel set in a green park, only 20 minutes' walk from the Ponte Vecchio bridge in Florence. The area has great bus links. Beautiful gardens, lovely courtyard and breakfast area, and very friendly and knowledgeable reception staff. Family room was great value.

Easy to find and access, has a bus stop right in front which makes for VERY easy navigation of Florence! Nice and clean facilities, the hosts made sure we had plenty of water and snacks as well.
