Set in a residential area, Hotel Careggi is a 10-minute bus drive from Florence's historic centre. This small hotel offers air-conditioned rooms and excellent transport links. Very hospitable host, helped me to move in after 11 pm and gave a detailed instruction on the operation of the nearest transport and bus schedule. Offered a bottle of cold water for free cause it was very hot outside. The room was clean and comfy, very convenient for a couple of nights of stay. When I was moving out in the middle of the night, the host offered me help with getting to the station and gave a very kind-hearted goodbye. Spasibo!

The room is more than enough if you are in Firenze for 3-4 days.the bathroom was nice and big and what's the most important thing is that everything was very clean. There is tram station in just 2 minutes walking from the hotel. With the tram you can easily reach to the city centre and all the main touristic attractions. The staff is very nice and friendly. I highly recommend it!!!

Situated in the residential area of Careggi, this 3-star hotel occupies a quiet position yet within easy reach of the historical and commercial centre of Florence. the staff was really nice. We`ve been in a hurry and left the camera. Boxed and send me home.

Great apartment, really pretty and comfortable. Extremely clean and well arranged. Very close to the city center and all important attraction, 20 minute walk to the Duomo.

The place is very new and very comfortable. Extremely worth for the price! I was also able to check in very late (23:00). One thing I really loved about the hotel was the high ceiling. It makes the room feel more spacious.

Anna and Giovanni are gracious hosts; they met us at the home to orient us to the facilities and provide recommendations. The house is gorgeous, with spacious rooms. Our room had an external bathroom, with robes and lovely handmade soaps by Anna provided. The room also had a back alcove to sit in in the evenings to unwind. Everything was clean and inviting. The kitchen had all the necessities, and there's a nice secluded backyard. As light travelers staying for 6 nights, we appreciated having a washing machine to use. The location is less touristy, with local shops and residential homes, which we prefer to truly get a sense of a place. We found a great cafe, gelato, and pizzeria nearby. The tram was also close by to reach Firenze center easily. Despite the proximity to the train, you could barely hear them. We heartedly recommend Rooms by Anna and would definitely stay there if we return for a visit.
