Very good location with huge free parking space in the property.Very close to the bus station. You can take the bus for visiting Bologna and takes 15 minutes for the center of Bologna (piazza Maggiore) without worries for your rental.Very friendly staff with perfect restaurant .in the moment we arrived the receptionist offering us a coffee free of charge and we enjoy it in the garden of the property. We didn’t enjoy the breakfast because we left very early in the morning for the airport. The room was very clean also the bathroom is very good equipped. It is ideal place for visiting Bologna without car. We will return in our next vacations. Ps the motorway is very close but the room it is soundproof and we did not lessen the noise.

Great location, very quiet even though it’s only a 5-minute train ride from the central station. Amazing choice of kitchen amenities, various pastries and wines — and a very detailed map in the master bedroom!

Set within the Borgo Panigale district in Bologna, casa ottaviano has air conditioning, a balcony, and quiet street views. Excellent place, very big and spacious apartment. We arrived late so the keys were in the safe box. Walking distance from the airport. Well equipped and super comfortable.
