Beach House Sveti Jakov 1, smeštajni objekat sa vrtom i terasom, smešten je u Dubrovniku, na 18 min. I highly recommend this apartment to everyone! Clean, modern, nice shower, comfortable bed. The view from balcony is awesome, balcony is equiped with comfortable chairs, umbrella and table. We had comfortable kitchen shared with another apartment. This apartment is situated just near the entrance to St.Jakov Beach that is also the best beach in Dubrovnik! Robert was very friendly and polite, helped us with all we need. Also we had a private parking.

What a great holiday, thanks to the host and the amazing set-up. My family of four thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful views from the balcony and hot tub over our stay and the very special sunsets over the old town of Dubrovnik. Easy access to the town center by Uber and there is many, and they are very quick to get you from anywhere, it is a 20 min walk into the old town but well worth the journey for the views on the route are also great. The apartment has everything you need and more for self-catering, the detail and time spent on the finishes are very well thought of, if you think of something that you have at home the apartments have it too. There is a beautiful beach not even 100 meters from the flat called St Jacobs Beach and this is great for snorkeling and swimming and jumping off small rock ledges into the water. My kids had hours of fun and would highly recommend this venue to any family as it is also very private with enough areas around the apartment to unwind and relax and you are not on top of each other.
