Beach House Sveti Jakov 1, a property with a garden and a terrace, is located in Dubrovnik, 1.5 km from Banje Beach, 1.8 km from Ploce Gate, as well as 2.3 km from Orlando Column. I highly recommend this apartment to everyone! Clean, modern, nice shower, comfortable bed. The view from balcony is awesome, balcony is equiped with comfortable chairs, umbrella and table. We had comfortable kitchen shared with another apartment. This apartment is situated just near the entrance to St.Jakov Beach that is also the best beach in Dubrovnik! Robert was very friendly and polite, helped us with all we need. Also we had a private parking.

Objekt St Jakov Superior Beach Apartment with Free Parking nalazi se u Dubrovniku, u četvrti Sveti Jakov, a nudi klima-uređaj i terasu te pruža pogled na more. The apartment was better than I even expected. It has everything we were looking for. The view alone was worth the price. It’s so close to the beach. The location was brilliant, it’s about a 25minute walk into the old town. The hosts were amazing, regularly sending texts to make sure we were okay.

What a great accommodation off the beaten path, with absolutely stunning views! Ana, the hostess, was very kind and welcoming. Before we arrived she told us exactly where to park, and she met us at the car to guide us down to the property. After giving a brief tour, she left us to get settled in. This was our first stop in Croatia, and we couldn’t have asked for a better location in Dubrovnik. The path down to the beach and Old Town is easily walkable from here. We loved that there was a private balcony to sit and relax while eating a meal and look out over the bay.
