Located in Tatoi and with easy access to major motorway, Dekelia Hotel is a 5-minute drive from the northern suburb of Kifissia. Very nice and quite hotel. I picked this because it was closed to the venue of my friends wedding. If you are in Athens to explore location is not perfect. It is more laid back option to have a pieceful getaway Very clean, kind and helpful staff

Located in Athens, 7.2 miles from Goulandris Natural History Museum, Cavallari Palace Hotel Suites provides accommodations with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a... I don't understand Cavallari's relatively low booking.com rating (7.6). If you enjoy conventional hotels (I don't, but that's not relevant if I choose to stay in one), there is nothing not to like here. Friendly, English speaking staff; nice rooms with a/c, refrigerator and small balcony; and well maintained premises. After 1 May there is a large, outdoor swimming pool. Covered private parking is supplied. Price was very reasonable, 32€ for two in early April including breakfast -- a pleasant surprise which was not prominently mentioned in the listing when I booked. The buffet breakfast is very good. The only items missing from my point of view were bananas and hot cereal. It's in an outlying neighborhood and there are only a few nearby tabernas (restaurants) -- and surprisingly expensive ones at that. Public transit to downtown Athens takes 75-90 minutes via a bus and Metro, but the fare is cheap, 1.20€ per trip. A 5-day transit pass is only 8.70€, which saves money after 7 rides.

Located at the foothills of Parnitha Mountain, Parnis Palace offers rooms with panoramic views of Athens. It has a swimming pool and a restaurant serving Greek cuisine. The hotel was clean and secure, providing a safe environment for our family. We were highly satisfied with our 3-day stay, as the employees were attentive and committed to ensuring our comfort. The daily use of the pool with our 10-year-old daughter was enjoyable. If we were to visit Athens again, there would be no need to search for another hotel. We wholeheartedly recommend it to others.
