Very clean, unique, we were on the 2nd floor and the music was not an issue at all for us. great location and amazing staff. They held our luggage for us as we arrived quite early and also held it as we had some time time after checkout before our flight. I didn’t catch her name but the lady with the tattoos was exceptional. Coffee and Tea available in the room, clean and comfy. will stay again!

The room was very clean (and cleaned every day of my stay, with changed sheets/towels too), in a very nice little hotel right very close to underground so travelling to and from the city was exceptionally easy. The staff is very helpful, you've got free tea, coffee and biscuits; all the necessary facilities/amenities, etc. Overall, a very pleasant stay for a female solo traveler who's never been to London before:)

The Balham Loft - NEW Gorgeously appointed with FREE parking and tube close by se nachází ve čtvrti Wandsworth v Londýně. The condition of the Balham Loft was exceptional! It was beautifully clean and well organized and much bigger than expected, it completely surpassed our expectations. The location is excellent, central to shops, restaurants, train station and tube for travel anywhere. However, still managing to be quiet and peaceful, for London. The host was extremely helpful in every way possible, always contactable and answering any queries very promptly. Overall staying at the Balham loft is a wonderful experience from start to finish in every way and we would strongly recommend. We will definitely be back! Thank you

The apartment itself is situated in a residential location, just 10 min walking from Balham station. The space has modern decor that tastefully combines urban chic with cozy comforts. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and there was a nice little balcony which is a plus. I'd highly recommend this flat. Thank you, We'll be back!

It's a short walk to the underground where there are food and coffee shops. The accommodation is very clean and spacious. There are new towels, shampoo, and soap provided in every bedroom. The washer and dryer are separate units. The kitchen is the best we've ever encountered. Will stay again if we travel to London.

There is loads of space and everything was absolutely spotless. The area felt very safe and as a solo traveller this was very important to me. There is also two balconies which I imagine would be lovely in the summer. It is close to local transport links making it super easy to use as a base for exploring London. Highly recommend!

Everything is just awesome perfect. This stay exceeded all our expectations. The flat is equipped like hosts were going to live there themselves. Kitchen has everything a family could need. No any small thing that we could comply. Location is excellent - safe, quiet and just few minutes of walking to subway, hypermarket, stores/restaurants etc. We used several properties to stay in London during last couple years and this one is definitely the best we have seen to the moment. Strongly recommended.

Historie tohoto penzionu s bezplatným Wi-Fi ve všech prostorách a nepřetržitě otevřenou recepcí se datuje již od eduardovského období. The location, it was not too far from the Balham tube station, it had a Sainsbury's close in case some shopping was needed and the neighborhood was quiet and nice.
