Flat location is perfect easy access to buses or park if you prefer. Flat is nice clean, kitchen have everything what you need if you want to cook. During the night it is nice and quaiet. We had good night sleep. Definitely recommend and if I ever visit Edinburgh again I will book this flat.

First of all, Gill is an amazing host. Whenever we had any question, she did her best to help us. The apartment has a bus station right in front of it, which makes it really easy to reach the city center(bus 10&19 if I remember well). The neighbourhood is quiet and there are lots of small stores. We had a one week stay and everything was awesome.

The apartment IS stunning! Beautiful place and easily accessible to city buses. The only issue we had was with the heating. It was very cold and we had a hard time figuring out the heating system.

I had an excellent stay. I traveled alone and I found the room I was in a tad small, but it came with a proper mix of convenience and comfort [bed, desk, wardrobe, bathroom with hot shower, etc]. Very clean, and I loved having the shared kitchen as well, which was also clean [then again, I was alone all the time]. The location is good, you can reach the center on foot in 25'. Bus stops on two streets, some convenience stores around, but not too many restaurants / cafes if you're into eating out.
