This contemporary-styled hotel is located in the city centre, with direct access to the TGV railway station and the metro. It offers free WiFi access. The name of the hotel tells everything in its name, it is in the center and literally next to the train station. The hotel provides everything that you expect from an Ibis hotel, the staff was helpful and smiling. The train station district in Rennes is very lively. We had a comfortable and convenient stay.

In the Sud-Gare district of Rennes, close to Jacques Cartier Metro Station, Rennes, Ker Karantez features a shared lounge and a washing machine. The house was well equipt, comfortable, close to the train station and metro station and worked well to have 5 colleagues stay during a conference. The hosts were friendly and the house was tidy and clean. It was a really lovely place to stay. We appreciated the many windows to keep the house light and cool.

L'Etage is set in the Sud-Gare district of Rennes, 600 metres from Jacques Cartier Metro Station, Rennes, 1.1 km from Clemenceau Metro Station, Rennes and 1 km from Les Champs Libres. The house was easy to find and the autonomal entry is really convenient. The breakfast was really good (a baguette, jam, butter, milk, juice, madeleines, coffee and tea). Everything was clean and the house had a bit of everything (and many, many french books!). It is not far from the old city (around 20 min by walk) and it's close to the train + bus station (10 min by walking). I totally recommend!

Located a 5-minute walk from the train station and the city centre in the south of Rennes, Les Chambres de Condate is a guest house with terrace and garden. The location is perfect if you are travelling by train, as you can walk there in 5-10 minutes. The host prepared for us a self baked bread and self made yogurt for breakfast. She was very flexible and arranged for an early check in as well as let us leave the bags at her property in the morning, so that we could have a walk in town before we took our train. We travelled with two children and got the whole attic to ouselves, with our own bathroom, which gave us a lot of privacy. The area was very calm and quiet and we enjoyed the personal touch which this location offered.
