Comfy room, helpful and friendly staff, great lobby with snacks and coffee available for working or sitting around. The location is in a great neighborhood - spending the evening along the canal was such a nice experience, and the 11 metro provides a convenient transfer at chatelet for the whole city. Nearby farmers market on Sunday blew my mind, had some grapes I'd never even imagined before.

The staff members are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Madame Sow went out of her way to help us solve a train reservation problem, while Monsieur Sandy provided useful advice and suggestions. The hotel, which is in a great location for exploring Paris, is very clean and comfortable. The AC works well and there's an espresso maker and electric tea kettle in the room. Good shower, too.

The staff was super nice and polite, the check in was quick and efficient. The hotel has an inner patio garden and coffee area, great place to seat and relax and all bedrooms are turned to this patio, super quiet, considering the street noise in Paris. It's well connected as well, I arrived at Gare du Nord and walked 15mins, flat, could have taken the subway as well but the weather was nice for a walk. I will definitely come back in the future.

With a 24-hour front desk, this hotel is 120 metres from Gare du Nord Metro Station. It offers free WiFi access, a terrace and a small garden. The staff was really nice (specially Roque, who was very attentive), the bedroom was silent (we reserved a room in the back), the bed was comfortable and the shower was also good. Two special things : the toiletry from Nuxe and the 24h access to a coffee/tea machine at the lobby !
