The staff are absolute perfection and well deserving of 5 stars. They helped us with everything we needed very promptly and were always smiling. The property is in a nice location very near to the park and tram or walk to city center in about 15 min or less. We enjoyed the beautiful heated pool and hot tub. It was very peaceful and room well soundproof. Breakfast was extremely high quality and I’m really going to miss it. Thanks again to the fantastic staff for a great stay!

Amazing service. They called us a couple days before check in to see if they can help us with anything. During the stay Francois was helping us with the restaurant recommendations and booking. He made us a very delicious cappuccino and brownies. Lovely hospitality.

Friendly welcome when we entered the hotel and every time we saw someone who worked there. Large room for the area, loved the boutique feel of the hotel. Breakfast was amazing and I appreciated the gluten free chocolate bread!

Probably the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in throughout the world in over 50 years of travelling. Likewise the staff were really excellent , friendly and helpful. Willing to have a conversation and interested in their guests. Room was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Set in the heart of Bordeaux historic district, Hôtel Majestic is just 20 metres from Grand Théâtre de Bordeaux and Esplanade des Quinconces as well as 100 metres from the Water Mirror. Brand new hotel in perfect location. Room was spacious and stylish. Great bathroom, coffee maker, little table and chairs was a nice touch. Parking was easy at the nearby underground car park. People were very helpful and nice.
