Johanna was especially helpful arranging reservations and experiences to make our stay the best it could be.

Es Principe turned out to be this unexpected highlight of my Mallorca vacation, rescuing me from the disappointment of a previous 5-star hotel. A spontaneous last-minute reservation led me to this haven, where smiles and warmth welcomed me, instantly creating a sense of home. The spacious rooms boast a blend of comfort and modern technology, providing a sanctuary within. Concepcio by Nobis, Palma, a Member of Design Hotels has a fitness centre, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Palma de Mallorca. I LOVE this hotel! The decor and design of every inch is just beautiful. It is a place you just want to be in. We loved the roof pool and sitting area. The breakfast in the morning was great as well.

The hotel is very beautiful and warm, gorgeous and fresh decor. The staff are the kindest and most helpful staff, always greeting with a warm smile/glass of cava and advice about Palma and history of Mallorca. The room was very clean and airy, the AC worked well. The bed was extremely comfortable, with super nice amenities. The hotel knew it was my birthday, so they brought a bottle of cava, some dessert, and a very kind note! Use of the spa is also included in your stay, so make sure to book it! It is very nice and relaxing. The location is also great. Make sure you go to the focaccia sandwich shop around the corner. Cafes and restaurants all within walking distance. The cathedral also a 10 min walk. Couldn't have a better location!
