Francesco greeted us and was welcoming and very friendly. Our room was spacious , very clean. Everything needed for our short stay was provided

Located along the prestigious Paseo de la Castellana thoroughfare, the AC Hotel Aitana is 820 feet from Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. It is also opposite the Congress Palace events center. Room was clean and tidy, bed was comfortable and a great shower. The hotel was very nice, everything from check in to check out was easy. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice for every body. Highly recommended.

Crisol Vía Castellana is in Madrid’s Chamartín business district on Paseo de la Castellana Avenue, next to the iconic Kio Towers. Near the train station and bus station. Also walkable to metro station. The rooms are a bit dated but clean enough. Check in was a bit of a problem. We checked in at 12:40pm. Was asked to come back at 2. It was ok cause we left our luggages and went for lunch. Then we came back 2:30 and waited for an hr still for the room to be cleaned. To make up for this, the hotel sent us complimentary pastries and an apology. 🙂
