Overlooking the Nile River, the newly refurbished The President Hotel Cairo is located in Zamalek district. We had a wonderful stay! Staff are excellent and polite, servers at the restaurant are very sweet :)) , and the location is fantastic! Special thanks to the staff at the reception ; The staff truly made our experience wonderful! The hotel’s location is super, close to small cafes around the corner, and the scenery around the hotel is amazing! The room is clean and offers excellent space. I didn’t use the gym, but it seemed very clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet is excellent too and the prices are very convenient. I truly loved it!

Sofitel El Gezirah is a 5-star luxury hotel with a private promenade along the Nile. The hotel, staff and facilities - all were absolutely amazing! Great location.

The Om Kolthoom Hotel was perfect for my needs. It was quiet, clean, close to attractions, and upstairs from a 24-hour cafe and restaurant. The staff was also very respectful and friendly without being pushy. And because it was a holiday weekend in Cairo, I lucked out and had the pool to myself - so it felt very VIP. And as far as design and views go, it looks better in person than in pictures because this is an older hotel with old-fashioned, but tasteful furniture that don't show up that well in photos -- and their is a view of the Nile, but a parking lot in front. Once you're there, you can kind of ignore this. It's super pleasant and great for people who need a child getaway. And this location is great for foreigners, including western women traveling alone. You'll feel safe and respected here.

Hotel is located in good place and the staff really were excellent, helpful and they are welling to serve you. Food were excellent. Really recommend to stay in this hotel and worth for it's price.

The location is awesome, you can get food, laundry, coffee anything you need soon as you come out on the street. Staff and management were great in fixing any issues. Overall great spot to stay at. Close to the major highways, Egyptian museum, New civilization museum. The metro(subway) station is a 2 minutes walk, it's the cheapest and most convenient way of getting to your destination.
