Location was very close to everything we needed. The breakfast was superb…so many options and well made and prepared food!!!! The receptionist, Polina, was phenomenal. I travelled alone with two small children and I felt so comfortable and safe because she helped me. She made my check in super easy, assisted me with all questions I had about the area, and helped me when I left as well. The staff at the bar and restaurant were also so attentive and welcoming. The food I ate (dinner, cocktails, and breakfast) was superior. I can’t wait to go back and stay there again! Thank you for the great reception and for the warm hospitality. The best hotel in terms of customer service I have ever had in 7 years of German travel.

Nice breakfast and friendly staff. The staff always provided information that we needed and were always quick to help when we needed.

Hotel Austria Stuttgart-City se nachází ve čtvrti Stuttgart-Mitte ve Stuttgartu, 800 metrů od Státního divadla, 1,6 km od starého veletrhu a 600 metrů od hlavního nádraží. Jen pár minutek od vlakového hlavního nádraží. I když je to u rušné komunikace, tak je v zákrytu a je tam klid. Velký prostorný pokojík. Snídaně velice strohá, ale za tu cenu naprosto v pohodě. Jednoduchý a rychlý check inn pomocí automatu. Chtěl jsem jen přespat, ale zde bych si dokázal představit být déle.

Mercure Stuttgart City Center is a 4-star hotel is near the main shopping and pedestrian area in central Stuttgart. It felt high-end. Particularly liked the shower, and the ease with which I could access the parking facility.
