If anytime, I will be in Munich by car, I will choose this hotel. I did not walk outside after 20, but until that time I felt safe at the area. Very quiet hotel, I did not hear anything from the neighbors and even my window was sided to the railways, no strong noise; I am a light sleeper, and it did not disturb me at all. Staff was super nice. The bed is comfortable, the hotel is clean. The S3 goes to the center almost in every 10-15 min and it takes 20 min to get to the center, back to the hotel the direct S3 is like in every 20-30 min or so, so check the schedule, do not waste your time for waiting. Sometimes strange people are on the metro, but maybe it is so with all the local transportation. :) There are couple restaurants around the area, within 10 min walk each, my personal favorite was the Italian and the German one. Under the hotel there is a huge supermarket. The bakery serves good coffee, but opens at 8am on Sunday. I parked my car on the street, there were no issue finding a spot. The garage is free for 1,5 hours so that is sufficient time to pack in and out. My best friend was the electric kettle :)

We liked everything in this hotel.We requested quite room on higher floor and they give it to us.Location was good, near to metro.Staff was friendly.Bed was comfortable.Room was clean. If we will come back in Munich we will definitely stay in same hotel. Recommendation to add fridge and kettle to room. 😊❤️

Walking distance to train station. Room comes with a small bar with microwave. The best stay ever throughout my 14 days Germany trip.

Located in Munich, the recently renovated HOMELY STAY Studio 4 provides accommodation 2.5 km from Deutsches Museum and 2.6 km from München Ost Train Station. The apartment was very nice, plenty of room, coffee machine, refrigerator etc. Very good location, easy access everywhere by U2 metro station 100 meters from the door. Edeka is close by for quick supermarket visit and there's also a pizza place open until 1 am.

Located in Munich, HOMELY STAY Studio 2 is a recently renovated accommodation, 2.5 km from Deutsches Museum and 2.6 km from München Ost Train Station. I enjoyed the comfort of the bed and the room as a whole. Also, the keyless system for entering the room and the complex is clever. The location was perfect for me, since I had close connection to ICM Munich.
