It's also in top condition from the door lock to the bathroom. It's great too see that the desk hasn't been an afterthought, as it is in many hotels. It is in fact a gorgeously designed traditional writing desk. It's a very welcoming and friendly hotel. In a quiet side street in the middle of Schwabing. I have been to many hotels in Munich before. This is the first hotel I can wholeheartedly recommend I have finally found a hotel in Munich I want to come back to Breakfast is served in an attractive sand dedicated breakfast room. It's top quality: traditional, fresh rolls, several types of bread, fine selection of cheeses, Hans and marmalades and even smoked salmon with horseradish. Plus a lot of fresh fruit including blackberries. Coffee was made to order. Just perfect start of the day.

This hotel is located in the Schwabing district of Munich, just 1969 feet from Münchner Freiheit Underground Station. It offers a hearty breakfast buffet, air-conditioned rooms and a fitness area. Breakfast had a decent variety and the food tasted very good. I booked the signature room and it was spacious and awesome. The location is also great, the Sbhan (Metro) is near by and its easy to reach anywhere in the city. Special thanks to Khaled, the front desk manager who was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. As a usual traveler to Munich I will be always reserving at Flemings Hotel because of the nice and respectful treatment I received from the staff like Khaled, Mustafa and the others which I unfortunately don't remember their names.

A recently renovated apartment, Luxuriöses Loft mit großer Sonnenterrasse & Sauna offers accommodations in Munich. Absolutely beautiful apartment with amazing facilities. Christian and Annika were excellent hosts also. I'd highly recommend booking with them. We definitely will be trying to get back in summer time!
