Situated in Hamburg and with Town Hall Hamburg reachable within 600 metres, Fraser Suites Hamburg features concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi throughout the property... The service was exceptional. Justina and her colleague Fabian made us feel welcome and was very helpful and professional. The location is excellent. While in the Old Town section, the S-Baun stop is literally across the street. It is two stops to the main rail station and two stops the other direction for the harbor which is the hub for many tourist attractions. Less than a block behind the hotel are two good restaurants. The hotel itself has a lavish formal resturant. The hotel is like a palace inside and out, being an adaption of a government building from the early 1900s. No two guest rooms are alike and have unique layouts and designs. The room included a combined washer/dryer in addition to a free laundry room. The tasteful sauna includes a changing room, cool-down relaxation room, and gym. When you take into account all the free extras, service, location, and architecture, it was well worth any slight premium.

The location with its proximity to the main train station, downtown (e.g. Mönckebergstraße 5 minutes), the Alster and lots of the tourist attractions is fabulous! We walked everywhere. The room was very spacious and had an interesting modern decor. The beds were super comfy! Breakfast was included and had a wonderful variety including local specialties. All the staff were super nice, welcoming and very helpful. We loved our stay!

Ideally located in Hamburg, Novotel Hamburg Central Station offers air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a restaurant. I loved staying in this hotel. The personnel was super friendly and the safety in the hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was beautiful and cozy. And You don't hear the neighbors or elevator - this makes the relaxing experience even better.

After hotel wifi registration to H rewards programme received daily ticket to public transport for free! Very kind offer from hotel! With ticket to public transport were posdible to take all U-Bahn, S-Bahn, busses and city boats (reccomend take Nr 62 which goes over big part of Hamburger port). Daily ticket itself is worth of 8Eur/day. Would be happy to visit Intercity Hotel again.
