Outstanding European breakfast! Super friendly and above average staff!

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and everything was very clean and well-kept. It was almost silent in my room despite being close to a main road, because the rooms faced away from the road into a shared courtyard. The only unusual thing is that there wasn't a kettle to make coffee or tea in the room itself, although I imagine the staff would have provided one had I asked. Accessibility, as you would imagine from the hotel's description, was exceptional.

The manager is exceptionally friendly and accomodating. The staff is friendly and professional most likely due to his leadership. The lobby is welcoming and the location is on top of the S-bahn and bus lines.

Millerntor Stadium is 1.8 km from the bed and breakfast, while St. The place was easy to find. The area is nice with a lot of good caffes and restaurants. Supermarket is few hundreds of meters away. There is cinema just around the corner, about 20 meters from the lodge. I was in Hamburg for a concert in Übel & Gäferlich which is also only few hundreds of meters from the place. I got in time code for the main entrance of the lodge and everything was easy. The room has coffee machine. I will come again.

Ideally located near one of Hamburg’s most lively spots, on the corner of the Reeperbahn, this hotel is 5 minutes from the city centre by public transport. Was perfektly placed for our needs. Due to renovations no breakfast or dinner, but was made aware of it before booking. All in all a nice stay wich suited our needs. Even had off street parking as bunus. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would stay there again. Klaus k.
