This is a gorgeous hotel with the nicest and most helpful staff! From the door person to housekeeping and everyone in between, this team really shines. We loved the open room to relax and regroup before sightseeing, the pool, the room service and really the exquisite ambiance!

We really enjoyed our stay here from our first step. Hazal in the reception helped us a lot, she approached very kindly and welcoming. Room was really clean and spacious. Hotel location is very good, really close to man train station but there was no noise. Bed was also comfortable.

Doručak je bio izvrstan , bogat švedski sto za sve ukuse .Kuhinja vrhunska . Osoblje je jako ljubazno , posebno žena koja je radila u kuhinji , mislim da se zove Luca nas je ugostila toliko srdačno da smo se osećali jako prijatno kao da smo bili u poseti kod najbližih rodjaka .Hotel je nov i jako cist , spremacice svakoga dana raspremaju sobe , kreveti su udobni sa debelim dusekom , sobe nisu male, sasvim su odgovarajuce velicine . Lokacija hotela je fenomenalna . Nalazi se na 3min pesice od glavne zeleznice jednom linijom od aerodroma .Odlicna veza sa ostalim gradovima , mi smo svakodnevno putovali vozom poslovno u Keln sto je 30 min u jednom pravcu a vozovi idu na 20 min .. Od hotela je pešice moguće lepo obici dosta toga u gradu , blizu su restorani i cuvena ulica za šoping , trzni centri i ostalo , pa smo pored posla uspeli i da malo pazarimo za svoju dusu ..

Hotel Muze is a wonderful peaceful place to be. Ideal location near trams stop to central city & transport hub, 15 min stroll through a beautiful historic park to get to the old city areas and Rhine & great local restaurant located next door. The facilities are excellent along with the lovely helpful staff. Love the coffee machine in our room. This hotel is far better than most.

This hotel in the Pempelfort district of Düsseldorf offers convenient connections to the Old Town district and the main train station. amazing hotel! food is great, staff is super nice, location is near the park and the stores, only 5 min by foot, we were only for two days but definitely wanted to stay for more. one of the best hotels I have ever been to, thank you for such a service!

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect: you can find restaurants, shops, pharmacy, beauty spots, super supermarket (with the floor dedicated to bio food and everything bio you can imagine) - all within three - five minutes of walking. The AltStadt with its famous breweries is 15 minutes away. The room was spacious and clean and bright. The most unforgettable thing - is how helpful were the receptionist and general manager. My stay was full of care and positive communication. Definitely will come again!
