The check-in process was seamless, and the reception team went above and beyond to accommodate my preferences.

Stuff at the reception desk was very nice and helpful. We really loved staying there.

It's an expensive area so if you book a cheap place, you of course get what you pay for. It's a 3 star hotel, not a 5. I thought it deserved a 10 for being one of the few reasonable places available in the parque 93 area. If you're on a budget and really want to stay in this area, it's a good neighborhood to stay in. Eggs on toast and coffee included
