Everything was fresh, clean and well presented. Staff were helpful. There were a range of options for breakfast, with some of the dishes changing each day. It was great that there was a free self-serviuce laundry available. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu menawarkan Wi-Fi gratis, seprai dan selimut mewah, serta pemandangan Tianfu Square dan cakrawala Chengdu. Excellent set at at Ritz Carlton Chengdu. Only initially planned to stay for one night but ended up staying two! Amazing, friendly staff who are true 5* standard from the front desk manager to the doormen who helped us with our luggage. Rooms nice and big and spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend and will be back. Thank you so much! Kindly upgraded by the staff as well to have a nice view of Chengdu city and rose petals in the room to celebrate an anniversary. Michelle at front desk was very professional and courteous to at check out.
