Special mentions to the front desk staff Zhang Zhixing and the manager Mr Zhou. I was rushing to check out early in the morning and had no time for breakfast. Mr Zhou even took trouble to pack a bread and some eggs from the restaurant for me.

Absolute friendly, dilgent and helpful front office staff,restaurant staff, housekeeping staff etc. no problem in understanding English. Special kudos goes to Avirol front office lady who loaned her personal hp to enable us to make call to SIA for some changes in ticket bookings..

JW Marriott Hotel Beijing Central berlokasi di Beijing, dan menawarkan kolam renang indoor. Hotel ini menyediakan akses Wi-Fi gratis. Kieth, Michael, Marvin, Franco and the entire staff were beyond expectations. The accommodations were fantastic. Loved the heated toilet seat. I can't give them a higher rating because it is not available! Thanks!!

Grand Mercure Beijing Central is located in the heart of the city, adjacent to Financial Street business district. The staff and reception were very polite and helpful, I personally thank Trevor, Connie and Marie for their smile and helpfulness. The food was surprisingly good, breakfast and dinner, and Chinese and Western options were always available! The pool, gym, Sauna were very fun to use and I enjoyed my time there.
