It was immaculate x nothing was too much trouble x we found that a particular member of staff called Jesus was more than helpful and was keen to look after us with information on the places around the city x we would rate him very highly x we loved our stay overall and will definitely return x As a chef I was absolutely delighted to meet alex tridente who is an amazing chef and a lovely man x he cooked for my wife and I and served us with a fantastic stuffed pasta dish x

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. And in addition to this, the hotel is situated in a safe neighborhood. I would highly recommend the hotel.

A lagoon-style swimming pool with a waterfall and a garden is offered at Mandarin Oriental, Santiago. Free parking is available. Everything was perfect. Our room was fabulous and very quiet which we had asked for and very clean too. The breakfast for the two days we were there was exceptional as were the staff especially Natalia and the front of desk man who was very friendly and explained where everything was. The staff couldn’t do enough for us.
