We were a day early because our flight did managed to arrive on time inspite of delays, we were given a room same as the one we booked so we did not have to change rooms. Front desk were efficient and very friendly. Thank you! We can recommend the hotel highly! Great location to one of the biggest mall which is only 15 mins away on foot. Safe location too! All the hotel staff were very friendly! If ever wewill be avle to stay in Santiago again, I would not hesitate to choose this hotel!

Best Western Premier Marina Las Condes este un hotel modern, situat în cartierul rezidenţial şi de afaceri din Santiago, la o distanţă de doar 3 străzi de parcul Araucano din Santiago. THE ITALIAN RESTURANT CAPPRICIO'S PIZZA WAS SUPERB. ALSO, FRONT DESK LADY BY THE NAME OF ALEXANDRA WAS SIGNIFICANT TO OUR DELIGHTFUL STAY IN THE HOTEL. ALEXANDRA'S ATTITUDE WAS ALWAYS POSITIVE AND MOST HELPFUL IN FINDING SOLUTIONS THAT ACCOMODATED OUR REQUESTS. LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT.

Hotel Pullman Santiago El Bosque has a gym and a pool with views of the city on the 18th floor, modern rooms and free parking. Breakfast was great, good fresh fruit, pastries , good coffee. Scrambled eggs were too soft/ runny, but apparently that is how South Americans prefer it since other hotels had the same. Reception always helpful and pleasant
