ALSO, FRONT DESK LADY BY THE NAME OF ALEXANDRA WAS SIGNIFICANT TO OUR DELIGHTFUL STAY IN THE HOTEL. ALEXANDRA'S ATTITUDE WAS ALWAYS POSITIVE AND MOST HELPFUL IN FINDING SOLUTIONS THAT ACCOMODATED OUR REQUESTS. LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT.

Hotel Pullman Santiago El Bosque has a gym and a pool with views of the city on the 18th floor, modern rooms and free parking. Breakfast was great, good fresh fruit, pastries , good coffee. Scrambled eggs were too soft/ runny, but apparently that is how South Americans prefer it since other hotels had the same. Reception always helpful and pleasant

A lagoon-style swimming pool with a waterfall and a garden is offered at Mandarin Oriental, Santiago. Free parking is available. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Friendly helpful staff, superb restaurants, great outdoor pool, exceptionally clean.
