Henkilökunta oli palvelualtista ja ystävällistä. Sijainti Engen aseman vieressä hyvä. Siitä pääsi esimerkiksi kätevästi junalla suoraan lentoasemalle.

This contemporary 5-star hotel is located in the heart of Zurich, yet just steps away from the fashionable Bahnhofstrasse shopping street, Lake Zurich and the Old Town. This was one of our best hotel experiences. The room size is quite large, the staff are extremely warm and friendly, and the food excellent. Pieni 5 tähden Alden Suite Hotel Splügenschloss Zurich sijaitsee rauhallisella paikalla aivan kaupungin keskustassa. Kaikissa huoneissa on viihdejärjestelmä, taulu-tv ja poreallas. We were warmly welcomed by all the staff as soon as we arrived. The junior suite was very large, clean and had a lot of charm due to the old wooden floors in combination with modern elements. Every wish was fulfilled immediately and we would like to express our special thanks to the reception and especially Kaltrina, who made us feel at home at all times. We will definitely be back. For sure - one of the best Hotels ever!
