They are reachable and happy to provide any assistance around the clock. Another great aspect of the hotel is its pet-friendly policy. They provide all the necessary utensils and even litter boxes for cats, which was a huge relief for me as a pet owner. It's heartwarming to see a hotel that welcomes furry friends with open arms.Moreover, the hotel's location next to the Eaux-Vive commercial center and numerous cafes and restaurants is simply fantastic. It offers convenience and a variety of options right at your doorstep.Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for both professional and personal trips. With its wonderful staff, pet-friendly environment, and excellent location.

What an incredible place. We walked up through the peaceful, safe feeling park from the ferry landing. Once we arrived we almost thought we were at the wrong place-- too good to be true? No, it's true. It's a beautiful building and an impressive establishment, inside and out. We even had a surprise upgrade to a suite. We couldn't have been happier with everything: the space, cleanliness, comfort, attention to detail, extras in the room, professional staff (especially at reception), restaurant, (dinner on the terrace, and a really great breakfast spread). We felt like royalty. We wanted to stay longer. Will definitely stay again. Easy walking to the waterfront and historic district.

Rooms are spacious for a family of four, my kids have 2 single beds, and we have our own little kitchen to cook our meals. The beds are so comfy, and the living room is massive. I like the layout of our room, too. The price of the hotel is within budget, which is really good. It's located at the centre of GENEVA, so you can walk around shopping malls or visit the touristy stuff. All staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is okay, not too fancy. The building is old but very clean, and for me, im okay with vintage touch hotels.

This hotel is a hidden gem - such amazing valee for money and the staff are incredibly helpful. The super nice guy who works on the front desk was an absolute legend and made sure that I did not overpay for any of the hotel services - and as a traveler on a budget this was incredibly good. If you are on a diplomate mission in Geneva, I strongly recommend this hotel, I just hope you don't stay there so I can still get a room at bargain prices! 10 stars, everything was amazing, the minibar was well stocked and varied, the towels were immaculately clean and the staff were super friendly. I could not ask for anything more!!! Will definitely stay again :)

It is ideally located within walking distance of the center. There is a restaurant on every corner of the street, but there is also a small supermarket directly below the apartment complex where wine and food can be purchased. I was warmly welcomed by the hostesses and everything was perfectly arranged upon arrival. Highly recommended!
