Most wonderful staff I have met in a hotel. Spent the majority of the evening in the lobby chatting with them. If nothing else, they would be a reason to return to. The room itself is very spacious with a beautiful bathroom. Unfortunately it got really loud due to a storm during the night, but the hotel was not to blame for this. Location of the hotel is perfect. Nizami street is near, as well as bus line 2 towards the Heydar Aliyev Center and the Baku international bus station. The breakfast buffet was incredible.

City center hotel Pilot Baku er 4 stjörnu gististaður í Baku. Léttur morgunverður er í boði daglega á hótelinu. Everything was sparkling clean - the sheets and the bathroom. The beds were comfortable. There was a kettle and plenty of coffee and tea and two small bottles of water daily.Room is quite new and clean.

This is my first time in Baku, it is an amazing country. Hotel I was stayed in the city center, on Nizami Street. I was coming to hotel early morning, the hotel staff invite me to have coffee and then allow me to check into my room. I appreciate it guys. My room was clean and bright and had everything I needed. I will recommend this hotel to my other friends. Thanks to all the hotel staff.
