Rooms are spacious and beautiful, perfectly designed! The staff is so nice and truly welcoming, always smiling and ready to help. Beyond all expectations and really beautiful! Also the view from the rooftop is a very nice bonus to a perfect stay!

The Hotel was really cute and had a great location in the old part of Baku. The staff was very friendly and helped us with everything. We will definitely be back!

The location of the hotel is just awesome: all the places of interest in the Old City are just 5-10 mins by foot, there are several good restaurants nearby, it's easy to get out to the most crowded streets with the bustling night life, but you still stay in the quiet place. The room is simple but cozy, everything necessary is here, rooms are clean and well maintained. Btw, it was warm in the room in Feb. Cleaning was done every day. What should be mentioned in bold is the exceptionally polite and helpful personnel of the hotel. If you plan to stay in Baku - I strongly advise this hotel.

Linnavaatega Seven Rooms Boutique Hotel asub Bakus, 200 meetri kaugusel Shirvanshahsi paleest. We recently stayed at this hotel and were impressed by the exceptional experience. The staff at the front desk were outstanding in their professionalism and warmth. The rooms were spotless, the beds were extremely comfortable, the heated bathroom floor added a touch of unexpected luxury. A special mention must be made of the staff member in the breakfast room. Her commitment to service was truly remarkable, as evidenced by her arriving 1.5 hours early to ensure we had a fresh breakfast on the day of our departure. This level of dedication was both extraordinary and heartwarming. In summary, this hotel combines comfortable, affordable accommodations with great service. The attentiveness and friendliness of the staff, from the front desk to the breakfast room greatly enhanced our overall experience. We highly recommend this hotel.

Overlooking the Caspian Sea and Baku Old Town district with the Shirvanshahs’ Palace, this 5-star hotel features a restaurant and lounge, a bar and an indoor swimming pool. to be honest, everything is great, the lication is outstanding, close to the following: old town - city center - Deniz mall - carpet museum- boulevard- sea. All staff are amaaazing, the facilities of the hotel are perfect, you cannot regret staying there if you even want to :)
