I like the genuine helpfulness of the staff - very hospitable employees demonstrating the local culture. My room was clean and warm. I felt safe in general, as a solo female traveller. Special thanks to Mr. Edvin who went beyond his duties to make my stay easy in Baku.

Ideally located in the old city, the taxi can leave you at 1-2 minutes walk (circulation in the old city is monitored so according the location it can be difficult) So this place was perfect. Nice hotel, the room was clean and quiet and the bed confortable. The guys at the front office were really the kindest, they helped me a lot during my stay, with recommandations, calling for me and getting informations, with my suitcase etc. A lot, really appreciated and I was always welcomed with a smile! I will come back when visiting Baku :)

One of the best hotel experiences in my life! The hotel is gorgeous! Located in the heart of the Old Town, close by a short walk to all touristic attractions. Rooms are spacious and beautiful, perfectly designed! The staff is so nice and truly welcoming, always smiling and ready to help. Beyond all expectations and really beautiful! Also the view from the rooftop is a very nice bonus to a perfect stay!

Several popular restaurants serving authentic Azberijan cuisine located at a minutes walk. The famous Nizami street located close by with shopping & lots of dining options / cafes around. All the famous sights are a 15 - 20 minutes walk. The owner & our host Riz was wonderful right from pre arrival & did everything possible to make our stay comfortable, including a late check out, a thoughtfull pre departure chilled drink as we returned from the city in the late afternoon to pick up our luggage. The front desk staff helped us book a taxi & Ghani the young lad at the front desk was very polite always. The rooms are recently renovated , clean & well appointed . The breakfast is simple yet adequate and the staff are happy to take care of any special needs. Highly recommend the Hotel as a base to explore Baku !

מקום האירוח Centric Baku Boutique Hotel שוכן בבאקו, במרחק של 500 מ' מMaiden Tower, ויש בו נוף לעיר. Fantastic, friendly, and very helpful staff that help you with anything you may need. Room exactly as on pictures. Spotless clean. Daily cleaning. Good WIFI. Super centrally located to many nice restaurants, bakeries, cafes, self laundry service, old city, promenade along the caspian sea. We stayed seven nights and did day tours from Baku. Highly recommended
