We were able to walk to the downtown area and all the sites with no problems. We arrived late but the hotel team communicated with us on to access entry to the hotel after hours, all went very smooth. Staff was very nice, gave us wonderful recommendations on where to eat, where locals tend to eat. Arrange taxi service on our departure date.

The man who gives me the key is one of the nicest people I ever met. He answers all questions. He gave me answers to questions I didn't know I wanted to ask. He has a great knowledge of the area and things that interests me. Salzburg Austria is possibly the best place to visit. People go way out of their way to help if you ask a question. I have never met a group of people I wanted to live with more. The city is very old and has a fantastic history but the real charm is the people.

Perfect location, excellent service and lovely staff. My private room had everything I needed for my stay from my own bathroom to my own kitchen. lovely service with my bed being made everyday ( not what I expected for a hostel, but it’s the little things that make your stay that much better ). The lovely gentleman at the front desk even arranged a taxi for me for my early morning departure. Would highly recommend
