Very warm welcome, so helpful and kind. Bedroom, living room, toilet were all of very high quality. Kitchen fully equipped.

The apartment is really well furnished and everything is top quality. The view from the balcony is stunning. The sauna in the basement is fantastic. The apartment is in a fantastic location just outside the city center but easy to get to by bus and it was so nice to come out of the centre to a quieter location to relax and recharge ready for the next day. But most of all the host Rudi was amazing. Nothing was to much trouble and he goes above and beyond to make your stay as memorable a possible. He provided an Innsbruck welcome card for free transport and free or reduced fees on attractions. He gave really good advice for what to see and where to eat. He was simply amazing.

The location was excellent - quiet and in a mountain area. But it was also possible to get easy bus transport into Innsbruck, included in the Welcome Card. All arrangements were very well done.

Anja is very nice and helpful and gave a good explanation of the apartment and how to use the public bus.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel in Innsbruck! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and offered stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The central location made it convenient to explore the charming city on foot. The hotel's attention to detail, the stylish decor truly enhanced my overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Innsbruck for a memorable and comfortable stay.
