Amazing location. Super friendly and welcoming staff, and they didn’t blink an eye about our service dog which was so nice. New owners were really nice. Partial ocean view. Water pressure was great. Fridge was clean.
Conveniently located off Highway 101, this Brookings, Oregon motel offers simply furnished guest rooms with free WiFi. It offers free truck and boat parking.
This Brookings, Oregon motel is a 4-minute drive to Harris Beach and 30-minutes to the Redwood National Forest. It features spacious rooms with free Wi-Fi and a cable TV.
Brookings is the last city north of California. If you go South, be sure to fill up your car tank, because the gas price in California is much higher, easily $1.5 more for the gallon. Otherwise, it is easier to camp in California than in Oregon.

I always enjoy Brookings and I vacation here at least once a year. It has a moderate climate year-round nestled in the midst of outstanding scenery both north & south. The town has many lodging, camping, shopping & dining options while maintaining a small-town feel.

A small, quiet town. Great Fred Meyer supermarket.
A small, quiet town. Great Fred Meyer supermarket. Lots of fast food and other restaurants and coffee shops. Starbucks in Fred Meyer. Our favourite was the Bell & Whistle Coffee House by the harbour. Also highly recommend Slugs 'N Stones 'N Ice Cream Cones (ice cream parlour), again in the harbour. We attended a couple of free Sunday music concerts in Azalea Park (in June) as part of the summer music festival. Also highly recommend visiting the redwoods (Grove of Titans) down by Crescent City and Jerry’s Rogue Jets up at Gold Beach. We will also be checking out the Salmon Run Golf Course just a little way up the Chetco River valley.

I will always go back to Brookings to visit- just won't stay at that place again. Don't know how it got a AAA rating

This area is beautiful with a lot to see and do if you are a fan of the ocean and river! Wonderful state parks nearby, many good restaurants & restaurants and interesting shops .
We really enjoyed eating at Fat Irish Kitchen and Pub on this visit.
Despite not having a working water heater in our first cabin, we were moved to an amazing cabin with an ocean view and hot tub. They were very understanding and friendly about upgrading us because of the water heater issue. Both cabins were nice. Very comfortable, and kids enjoyed both cabins. Loved the view at the ocean view cabin, U-24. The woods view in B8 was also very nice. Very large decks and good bbq's. Everyone was very friendly. Definitely the best place to stay in Brookings.
This motel is a typical older facility, and has not been updated. BUT - the owner/manager is wonderful. The rooms are clean and comfortable - with a fridge/freezer and microwave. I appreciated the surplus of towels and the roomy dressing room area. And they are pet friendly! What a great value. For the price, I was extremely happy and it met my needs very nicely. I'll be back.
We had the most amazing view of the ocean and sunset from our room. Very well appointed and modern with a good (although small) balcony. Breakfast service was exceptional -couldn't fault it! We would definitely stay here again if we come to Brookings.
The cleanliness, amenities provided, and most of all... the comfort of the bed! Also, the desk person and owner were exceptionally friendly and helpful with any questions that I had. A great place to stay in Brookings, Oregon. An exceptional value!
Great location for going to see the south Oregon coast. About 10 minute drive north of Brookings. The cabin was at the top of the property with a fantastic ocean view. The cabin (U 24) was nicely appointed and has its own hot tub.
Breakfast was ok. All so so nothing great. Coffee ok. No. Delicious or sspecial
We liked the beach and rooms. Very beautiful and comfortable,
The exterior of the hotel was sub par with no elevator and declining exteriors
We had issues with our car and couldn't leave make it to the hotel. We contacted them and they were so nice and understanding as they refunded us for not able to make. For this we will rebook again in the future.
So private and quiet! Hosts were very responsive. Really a lovely place to stay in a very nice residential area. Comfy bed, super clean and cute studio, easy to find and park, close to everything. Pet friendly!
This place was amazing. So comfortable and felt just like I was home. Location is amazing and the hosts were very welcoming and gracious. I highly reccomend this place if you stay in Brookings, OR
There was a plumbing issue so all guest got moved to another hotel. I didn't even get checked into my room before this happened so I didn't stay at Pacific!! Please stop sending me rating emails.
2 room suite was great for the family.
Easy access off route 101.
Very comfortable beds
Good facilities in Brookings (we used the supermarket and the bakery. - excellent apple fritters!)
The room was lovely and much bigger than we usually get in our area (this booking was in Oregon and we currently get hotel rooms in CA) It was nice having the desk.
We liked the view of the ocean. We also liked that it was pet friendly. Had a nice grassy area, with a place to dispose of pet waste. Was a short drive to town.
