Getting around Copenhagen is very easy - thanks to the efficient metro / train.
Suggest getting off at Kongens Nytorv is a great place to start as it in the centre of the city - beside this is the popular shopping street Stroget plenty of shops / eateries along this fully pedestrianised street also the canal along with cafes are within walking distance here to get the lovely Danish experience and picturesque too.
If doing the bus tour go for the combi tour which is both bus and canal tour together offers great value for money and see all the interesting sights and get your bearings too.

Totaly amazing during May!
Totaly amazing during May! If one says heaven is on Earth, it will be on Nordic. Also very English speakers friendly.
Nevertheless, a bit pricy (120-150 Euro per day, excluding hotel fee) - may be great to stay for 3-4 days instead.

Copenhagen was a perfect intro to Europe, almost everyone...
Copenhagen was a perfect intro to Europe, almost everyone there speaks English so if you are traveling from the U.S. you don’t need to worry about that. The city is beautiful, walkable, and full of things to do and food to try. Many photo opportunities and places to sit and relax, or go for an excursion like a canal tour or bike ride. I felt completely safe as a solo female traveler. The prices were comparable to what I am used to in the U.S., about $15-25 for lunch, $35-50 for dinners. Don’t get caught in tourist traps- for example the prime canal tour with the big signs costs 179 kr per person, but there is a small booth right down the road where tickets for the same canal tour are only 60 kr per person, save a few bucks where you can! Almost every site will tell you to see the Little Mermaid. They will pass the statue on canal tours, and it’s known as the most “disappointing tourist attraction” so save some time and just see it on the tour. It was easy to learn the metro and how to get around (coming from someone who’s never used public transit). The city is really beautiful, I recommend this destination to anyone who has never been to Europe and wants an “easy” introduction, or for travelers who want to see what Scandinavian life is like. Oh, and if you like architecture, you’ll have a ton to see! 100/10!!!!!

I really fell in love with this human-sized capital.
I really fell in love with this human-sized capital. We were able to explore this city of breathtaking architecture easily on foot, by bus, metro or boat (probably the best visit). Our entire stay was extremely calm and zen, just like the city itself. The shopkeepers are adorable. The people are very pleasant. We can't wait to come back to Denmark to visit the rest of the country.

Vibrant and touristy.
Vibrant and touristy. Warm hospitality and locals were extremely helpful. Enjoyed the 2-half hour walking guided tour as the tour guide was very knowledgeable and truly an ambassador of her country.
My second stay in this hotel. The location of the hotel is simply perfect, walking distance from the Copenhagen Airport and also from Kastrup metro station (M2 takes you to the city centre) This time I was upgraded to a premium room, which was huge, with a big bathoom with a window. The room was very clean, bed comfortable. This time hotel was not very full so there were no problems with queue at front desk that I experienced the first time. Also breakfast parlour was not crowded. I will definitely return to this hotel.
The hotel was perfectly located, at a 5 min walk from Tivoli Gardens and a 10 min walk from the city centre with shops and museums. We stayed for 5 days in Copenhagen and didn't use public transport at all, only travelled by foot or by cycling.
Even though the room had more of a vintage look to it, everything was very clean.
We weren't able to check-in early, but we were offered a room with enough space to place our luggage, that opened only by using a key card.
We had a Quadruple rom, i.e. the largest room that made our stay more comfortable. The bathroom is small but this is normal for Denmark. Given the prices in Copenhagen and Denmark, this is the best option we could get for this price! The location was good, as it was 3 minutes walk from the Central Station, meaning that one has access to all places without impediment. The hotel was located in a quiet place, no noise, the bedding was quite comfortable.
Extraordinary design detail at every turn. Stunning breakfast buffet. The shower may be the best I've ever seen in a hotel. Thomas at the front desk, late night was very helpful.
While there was no shuttle available from the airport when I arrived at around midnight, the hotel shuttle was available in the morning when I needed to get back to the airport. The proximity to the airport is ideal - just a few minutes ride away.
We couldn’t have chosen a better hotel for our stay. Everything was perfect. Just a few minutes walk to the city centre and parking in front of the hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Great, that there are drinks available from the bar even late at night! Hospitality as it should be! Thank you for a great stay in beautiful Copenhagen. Whenever we come back, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.
Lovely modern hotel located close to metro and about 2 stops from city centre, for our short stay of 3 nights in Copenhagen. Small but perfectly adequate room which was spick and span. Super powerful shower too.. Marvelous roof top bar that served small bites, alcohol, hot and cold drinks. Staff were friendly and helpful too Good amenities close by, supermarket, pharmacy, bars, restaurants and cafe.
Not too far from city centre for sightseeing. Expensive but cheaper than most other hotels in Copenhagen. Very quiet on the top floor where the twin rooms with private bathrooms are, couldn't hear any other guests. Unsure if dorm room floors were as quiet, may have been noisy. Reasonably spacious room, clean. TV with screen share capabilities so we could watch Netflix etc using our phones to cast.
The hotel has a perfect location.. city centre is 9 mins by metro, airport is 5 mins. We loved the neighborhood, you can see how locals are living, the beach is very cozy, where you can hang out. 2 supermarkets (f.eg Lidl) are 150 meter far.
The room is clean and nice, decorated with some HAY products.
The staff was superfriendly as everybody we contacted in Copenhagen :)
The hotel was excellent and the room very comfortable. All furnishings were modern clean the staff were very polite and helpful. We hired a bike on two occasions which was a brilliant way to see Copenhagen I would recommend this hotel if you want a slightly quieter hotel just outside the busy city centre
The accomondation is super clean, staff is friendly and helpfull. The location is great, on the walking distance to the metro station and to one of the best bakeries in Copenhagen. The beds are really comfortable. Great value for money in Copenhagen!
A great option to stay while visiting Copenhagen. The location is the best for exploring the city, mostly everything is within walking distance. The beds provide more than enough comfort to rest and recharge the batteries even after a long day\night.
Location was perfect. Within walking distance of 2 metro stations. Near the shopping alley and with tonnes of food available. Right below the hotel was an amazing restaurant where we had one of the best food in Copenhagen.
The location is excellent, very close to Train Station and city centre. The staff was very polite. We had a nice breakfast and I can highly recommend the hotel for short staying visits in Copenhagen.
Lovely clean hotel within good distance to Copenhagen city centre. Bar was amazing and the room was so comfortable. Hotel is 5 mins from airport which was perfect.
I like location very very much. Price is really nice and it is really best option in this range. Hotel is very clean and breakfast is good in this price range.
