Great host and very responsive to questions. Apartment is beautiful with a great view. Location good too. Very helpful with check in and check out.

We booked very late in the evening but the host organised everything very quickly. Livio just is the best host you can wish during your stay in Como. The room was very clean and cosy. We still cannot believe what we saw, the view is just breathtaking. Waking up to a wonderful lake of Como, sounds of birds, in the middle of mother nature. We bought some lemons and limes from the garden of Livio’s. We immediately started to organise our next stay before leaving. This place is a piece from heaven.. You can hike to Monte Piaghedo and get stunning views of Lake Como. Narrow serpentine roads lead you to the farmhouse for 20minutes by car from the lake. Some rooms are accesible with stairs. Parking spaces on the road also available. Clean rooms. Good food. Good wine. Very welcoming staff.
