The bed is new and comfortable, the facilities all work very well. The breeze keeps the temperature cool even when it's hot outside. The host family that also lives in the property are very kind and welcoming. Would love to come back one day, a perfect place, really.

Our room was cosy and spotlessly cleaned every day, tastefully decorated in a modern rustic style. In front of our room was a small patio, but the best part was the garden itself with sunbeds distributed under olive trees or positioned so you could soak up the sun. Breakfast was served in a wonderful barn. Variety of tipical italian breakfast and my favourite - tasty homemade tarts. This is the place to come back to and we are looking forward to it!

The little Studio is just perfect to take some time off from daily stresses. Everything is new and functional. You can prepare you own food and enjoy it on the little balcony with an ocean view and a wonderful breeze. The supermarket and bus stop to Ancona are a 10 min walk away and the beach is a 20 min walk away. I enjoyed exploring everything by foot. Marina is a great host. She has recommendations if you need them and is available for any requests. Her super cute old dog Lilli and the 2 cats Michelina and Michelino are just lovely and, if you want, they will even pay you a visit. It is a perfect little place!
