The room was very comfortable, especially the beds. The hotel is located right next to the road but it was very quiet (our room faced the backyard). The common dining area was cozy, clean, and well-maintained. Our host Sarai received us warmly. We are very grateful to Sarai for giving us good advice on visiting Gaztelugatxeko Doniene and other cities in the Basque region. We had a great stay.

I can’t recommend this hotel any more highly. Absolutely superb facilities with lovely coffee and patisseries and cake for the guests. I would highly recommend Karmeles hotel and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Karmele for a great break !
