Set in the Clare Valley in the South Australia Region, 100 metres from Skillogalee Estate Winery and Restaurant, Skillogalee Estate boasts barbecue areas and views of the vineyards, dam and gum tree... We arrived late at night , no problem as we let ourselves in with the lock box key. I opened the fridge and was pleasantly surprised to see the supplies for a cooked breakfast. Everything we needed was supplied. Such a great bonus. Beautiful bush setting. Comfy beds. Our family had a wonderful 3 days here. Would highly recommend.

Barossa Shiraz Estate offers luxurious self-contained cottages in a private vineyard with wood-burning fireplace, views and spa baths in the en suite bathrooms. The cottage is set in a scenery like no other, surrounded by vineyards with a great view of the distant hills. What goes unmentioned is the astonishing night sky due to the little to no light pollution in the area. Everything included in the breakfast was also to mention, great range with even better flavours. Great place for a little getaway.

What a beautiful place. Chris, Silvia, the staff in the restaurant, Simone and the sommelier (Daniel?), were outstanding.
