This is a small intimate guesthouse right on the edge of the ocean. You will feel like this is your home. The owner and manager went out of their way to assist in so many ways. We were in Kalutara on a film shoot and needed a driver and a translator -- the owner found great people for us! I also had an injury -- the manager, Lucky, and another guy carried me off the beach and arranged for an ambulance. They were there for us - above and beyond the norm -- and helped us in so many kind ways. I felt they really cared; like family.

They have 3 rooms in the villa we stayed in a one room with whole villa that’s awesome first we thought it’s shared but it’s not. Whole villa for us very private place. Owner lady is very helpful with everything. Just 1 minute walk to the beach no rush in the beach Thats pretty good. Lots of beach restaurants out there. We love this beautiful place. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.But it is the staff who really make this guesthouse a great place to stay. Always smiling and helpful and Victor, the host, is a charming man who thinks deeply about the environment and acts upon it. Nothing was too much bother and he even encouraged us to use our room until we needed to leave for the airport at 3PM.

We stayed in a lovely room with a balcony, from where we could see the sun setting each evening. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room spotlessly clean, a/c works really well. There are individual fridges for each of the guest rooms, kitchen facilities and a washing machine (500 rupees). Dill, the owner, assisted us with scooter rental at a very reasonable cost, also a Tuk Tuk 🛺 ride to our next destination. Loved everything about this place. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!JoYoung couple
