Fabulous location in the old quarter near the lake. We could walk everywhere. Rooms were spotless, breakfast was plentiful and huge variety. Rooftop pool was fabulous. Staff were friendly and always helpful.

The best hotel I’ve stayed at in Vietnam. Excellent location, magnificent rooms, clean and pleasant. But I especially want to mention the hotel staff. Everyone is incredibly polite and pleasant, making you feel at home. Even if any problem arises, they solve it instantly in the best possible way. I stayed there twice and didn’t want to leave each time.
