I brought my swim trunks hoping to do a few laps, only to find out the pool was closed for remodeling for two weeks. It's not fair that we were not notified and could have made different arrangements to stay somewhere else. We should get some kind of refund. We shortened our stay by a night. Hilton has done nothing to offer any kind of refund or coupon. They will need to earn my business before I ever stay at a Hilton!!

The hotel restaurant is great too - we ate breakfast there 4-days in a row - they change up the buffet offerings nicely. (coffee is weak though, order an espresso to drop in!) The staff makes the stay enjoyable and memorable. The room was comfortable, bed very enjoyable, high-end linens & towels.
