The staff wasn't friendly at all. I booked this hotel because of the hot tub but all the jets didn't work. It was some kind of ribbon-cutting event so when trying to enjoy the hot tub and pool every two seconds someone was walking around because they were playing a clue game. If I had known about the event I would have chosen another hotel

We came upon a great little place to eat mammas kitchen. Great food. The OYO hotel was disgusting, we checked in went to room and we went back to office and left. It reaked of cigarettes the room was nasty, dirty . I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The pictures on the website don't match at all. Very unsanitary.

They need cleaning staff. They keep making beds without washing sheets and towels and sell the room to next people. Sirens all night long
Couldn't wait till 6am to leave. Couldn't take shower too filthy.

Another thing that happens.
Another thing that happens. At breakfast I stopped at the front desk to ask that they make up my room. Don’t they have a tag to put on our door for housekeeping not to make up our room. We want no one in our room. I was assured it will be entered on the computer, no door tag needed. Not only was our room entered, our bed was made, got new towels, and my pajamas placed neatly folded on the bedspread. My privacy was invaded.

A military town that has seen multiple evolutions the course of 2,000 to present. Great town saturated with lots to do and restaurants to enjoy especially if coming from a very small town as I do. Plenty of bad and trouble to find along with the good, due diligence required.

I can't say too much about Fayetteville because I generally spend 1 night there on my way to and from NYC to Sarasota. I suspect it's rather popular due to Ft. Bragg. There's a Starbucks in the area that may be one of the nicest! At 10 p.m. the only place open for food was a McDonald's.
The hotel is very clean. The room is a very comfortable size. There is a fridge and a microwave a TV and a nicely appointed bathroom. We had a small table and two chairs in the room and we really liked that. We requested a lower floor accommodation and we had a room on the first floor. We like being able to enter our room directly from the parking lot. The decor is dated but the condition of the room is very good and spotless. We stayed here before and we will stay there again.
The location and the name brand were the reasons for our choice and it did not disappoint. We are headed from PA to FL for a month and wanted an well located hotel so we could get off 95 for the night and get back on with no fuss. But we were extra pleased for a very comfortable bed, a nice shower (could be a little stronger), a nice seating area and able to watch Netflix. Breakfast is always a bonus when traveling. Thank you
We traveled from out of state and did not get in until 230 AM and upon arrival said the office is open from 7am t 11pm. Granite there was a phone we could use when we checked in and she was not too happy we arrived that late. When traveling I don’t see why hotels are not open 24 hours. That was NOT clear on their site and I called to ask and was told the office was open 24 hours. Rooms were spacious. The air/eat worked well.
The room was a good size and had a sofa, coffee table. All the lights worked and it was reasonably clean. For the price I think it was a great room and my husband and I would stay here again if we visit the area. I think the best thing was the hotel manager. He was very friendly and pleasant and we felt good about staying there because we knew he was helpful and had integrity.
When we checked in, the room type that we originally booked was not available. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath suite at no extra charge. Beds were comfortable, unit was clean.
Hotel was pet friendly and it was located right where we wanted to be.
Would definitely stay here again.
We needed to do a stop during our drive down south and this was a well rated pet friendly hotel. we were 3 adults and a cat. the room was clean and we had everything we needed for a night. we arrived late at night and the vending machine was a life saver because we didn’t have water.
The room was very nice. Also very clean. The best thing was the help we got when they couldn't find the reservation we made through Priceline.. No reservation but they had a room for us & it was cheaper than the Priceline rate. They were VERY helpful!
The room was spacious, minimalist, and the lobby was trendy. Additionally, your staff was efficient and friendly. The continental breakfast was just perfect. The best of all the hotel was pet friendly.
The location and amenities are very nice for the Fayetteville area. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Overall it's a very nice hotel with very comfortable and spacious rooms.
I picked this hotel based on the reviews. They were spot on. Great newly renovated hotel. Included a refrigerator AND freezer. Very clean and modern looking. We will stay here again.
